All returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days from receipt of goods in new condition and include original product packaging attached. Returns that do not meet these needs will be refused.

An RA number is required for any return or exchange. Receive an RA number by emailing return@activemotosport.com or calling (714) 777-8842. Please make sure the RA number is clear on the outside of the shipping box.

Refused orders and/or returns with no exchanges shall receive no money back and store credit. Customer pays for shipping charges. On all exchanges there is no restocking fee.

If an item is shipped incorrectly there will be no extra charge. Active Motosport will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. Active Motosport will reimburse standard ground shipping rates only.

All warranty claims are processed through individual product manufacturers and subject to their policies and discretion. Warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise by Active Motosport customer service representative.

Return all items via prepaid Fed Ex, UPS, or US Mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original Active Motosport packaging. Active Motosport is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. All returned merchandise must be in its original, new, unused, unworn condition, and include its original undamaged packaging, attached tags, instructions, etc. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return.
